Smooth Fuel Pressure
Part Number 5011, 7-15 PSI with idle bleed (methanol applications)
Race Pumps Billet Regulators are another example of dependability through simplicity. Traditional regulators fail to control fuel pressure properly due to “valve float”. Larger, higher flowing regulators typically have more erratic fuel pressure due to an even larger/heavier valve. The new Race Pumps regulators take a very logical approach to this problem.....they have a light weight ceramic valve.....the same material used in aerospace bearings....and more spring pressure...SIMPLE.
Construction is 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a hard anodized finish. The inlet is 1/2” NPT, the duel outlets are 3/8” NPT.
Options include a -4 idle bleed for vapor lock prone applications and a 1/8” vacuum reference for “load sensitive” fuel pressure with carburetors.
